Terms of Warranty

1. Our products are guaranteed against defects and manufacturing faults for 12 months from the date of purchase.
2. Customers must present the original purchase receipt and warranty card to our authorized repair center.
   1. The warranty card must not be altered and damaged. Customer providing documents with missing or illegal information including missing date of purchase will not be
      entitled to the warranty.
3. This warranty does not cover wear and tear on the different components of the product.
4. Accessories are excluded in the warranty.
5. After any warranty repair or service is delivered, the warranty shall thereafter cover only for the remaining period of the warranty.
6. This warranty does not cover the following :
   1. Products and accessories that have been tampered by repair, alteration or modifications by unauthorized person.
   2. Products and accessories that have not been used according to the instructions or has been improperly transported, installed or used in any way including that the unit has been dropped or exposed to water or rain.
   3. Damage to any unit caused by negligence, misuse, abuse, improper installation, accidents or parts caused by wear and tear or in anyway tempered with.
   4. Lightning, flood, fire, natural disaster and act of God.
7. In no event shall True Solar USA be liable for indirect or consequent damages.
8. True Solar USA does not accept any liability or damage due to the use of True Solar products and shall not be deemed to be in default for any delay or failed performance resulting directly or indirectly from causes beyond reasonable control including delays in repair due to unavailability of spares, labor problems, government restrictions and regulations, public movements, war and any unavoidable circumstances.

Please note that the above terms of warranty is a generic product warranty. As such, some terms may not apply to each individual product. Please refer to the individual product’s warranty for more information.
